Thank you for shopping at Moda&Modi Luxury. We hope you are happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, you can exchange your items within 14 days of receiving your order. Avoiding returns or exchanges significantly reduces the CO2e emissions generated by your order.

For returns, you can follow the return instructions with the same carrier that delivered your order.

Return conditions

  • All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received: unused, unwashed, unaltered and with all tags attached. Please also include all boxes and protective sleeves.

  • Each order contains only one pre-paid label, therefore the items must be returned in a single package.

  • The return of orders by the customer must take place exclusively through the courier that delivered the order.

  • We accept replacements only if they come from the same country of delivery. For example, if the delivery of the products took place in Italy, we will accept the replacement only from Italy. Otherwise, the return will not be free (import and shipping costs will be charged).

  • Personalized items cannot be returned.

Replacement conditions
